About me
I have spent almost three decades working in recruitment and talent acquisition, and throughout that time I’ve had the opportunity to sit alongside people at many different stages of their careers — from early promise through to senior leadership, and at moments of both confidence and uncertainty.
Career Concierge exists because careers are rarely linear, and because sound, thoughtful guidance can make a significant difference when decisions feel complex or weighted. Alongside my work in Talent Acquisition, I support individuals who want to take a more considered approach to their career — whether that’s improving how they present themselves, preparing for change, or gaining clarity on next steps.
My coaching is grounded in real-world recruitment experience. I understand how CVs are read, how decisions are made, and how people are perceived in competitive processes — not in theory, but in practice. That allows me to offer honest, practical advice, without hype or unrealistic promises.
I work in a calm, structured way, taking time to understand both professional experience and personal priorities. For some, that means refining a CV or LinkedIn profile so it reflects their value properly. For others, it’s about stepping back, rebuilding confidence, or making sense of where they are and where they’d like to go next.
